Terms and cancellation policy — The Tuscan Kitchen Studio

Planning our courses requires purchasing fresh organic ingredients in advance and managing limited places to ensure a high-quality experience. For this reason, we apply the following cancellation policy

1. Cancellation and refund times up to 48 hours before the lesson: It is possible to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund (100%) of the fee paid, or request that the booking be moved free of charge to another available date.

Less than 48 hours before class: There are no cash refunds or date changes. The fee paid will be fully withheld to cover the costs of the materials and the blocked station.

No-Show: If you do not show up on the day of the course without notice, no refund or voucher will be issued.

2. Participant replacement option

If you can't participate and there are less than 48 hours left, your reservation can be given to another person (a friend or family member). Please let us know the name of the new participant via email before the start of the lesson.

3. Gift cards

Gift cards purchased on our store are not refundable in cash. They are valid for 18 months from the date of issue to book any lesson or private event.

4. Cancellation by The Tuscan Kitchen Studio

In the exceptional case in which the lesson must be canceled by us (e.g. structural emergencies or failure to reach the minimum number of participants), you will be notified promptly.

In this case, you'll be entitled to: An immediate (100%) full refund, or a full credit for a future lesson of your choice.
