Together, you’ll explore the stalls, learn about local specialties, and select the freshest ingredients to inspire your customized menu of the day.

Every class is unique, shaped by what the market offers and the flavors you love.

Once the shopping is done, you’ll return to the cooking Studio and begin crafting your menu step by step, guided closely by the chef.

While cooking, enjoy a curated wine tasting featuring bottles from the Studio’s own Cantina.
